Holiday Shopping

I am excited to announce that I will be taking part of Rosie Posie Prettie's Oh Holy Night Holiday Sale!  The sale will take place November 30th at 8 p.m. central on Rosie Posie Prettie's facebook page.  I will be taking this opportunity to introduce my new textile art brooches.  These are wearable miniature works of art, perfect for dressing up your winter jacket.  They feature my hand embroidered designs created with bits of fabric on linen.  If you would like to see my new brooches, as well as a few other new items, please check out the sale this Sunday!

Comfort

Growing up in the picturesque and quite secluded Upper Michigan, I have many fond memories.  A lot of my creativity comes from these memories.  I remember roaming around the small wooded plot in our backyard, following each path and discovering each plant and animal.  Not only do I go to these memories for creativity, but for comfort as well.

Since moving into our new home, I have discovered a new sanctuary, right in our backyard.  Often I stare out our kitchen window and admire our little plot of land in the city.  I feel that I have finally found a new place of comfort, one that I have been seeking for many years.

Upcoming Event - Handmade Chic Artisan Market

I am excited to announce that I will be a vendor at the Handmade Chic Holiday Artisan Market in Sheboygan, WI.  If you would like to shop for local, handmade items for the holidays stop by the Glas Coffeehouse between 4:30 to 8 p.m. on November 13th!  Angie, from Gathered & Sown is organizing the event.  Please check out her shop as well, her work is amazing!
